Went fishing north with Sea Nympho again Saturday. The weather was awsome. Chilly, but no wind to speak of and no traffic to deal with. Check out the water and colorful trees in these pics. We faired pretty well I guess. I got something like 7-8 bass and 3-4 pike. Brando got around 6 pike I think, and one DANDY smallie!! Check out the bait he caught it on!! Could that be a dare devil!! This fish put on quite an aerial show on it's way to the boat... as I was scrambling to get the net out of the rod locker!!

Here are some of the largies I got. Several came on the drop shot but my hottest bait by far was the shakey head worm rig. Even managed a couple decent ones!!

Shakey head fish (hit like a freight train too!!)

I then caught my 3rd species of the day... a PERCH on the drop shot rig!! A first for me!!! Not a bad fish either... 10 1/2"

Most of the pike we got were about this size... and although the hit hard and fought as hard as they could... we would rather have had bigger ones but they just didn't seem to want anything we threw at them today. By the way, Brando forgot to "undorkify" himself for this photo!! LOL!!!

Overall we had a blast today!! It's always good to get away from it all now and then. And catching a few decent fish in the process is what it's all about. Good company, good fishing, good weather. Who could ask for more!!
