Need pop-up camper help

My friend and I found a free pop up camper that needs some tlc. The inside is in good condition, but the roof needs to be redone, and the raise/lower mechanism is shot, and needs to be replaced. Does anyone have any Ideas or can point me in the right direction? Thanks:)

What kind and how old is the camper? We got a fixer-upper a couple of years ago and it's turned out pretty well. Feel free to drop me a line if you like. I've been through a bunch with ours.
