Went out last weekend and fished a local lake for 4 hours all I did was flip a jig in 3' or less water and had over 20lbs of fish. I tried to launch at fremont but the water has droped so far that I could not get the boat off the trailer!

So I went to Croton the largies are getting big there, and I like it alot!

Going to try camp lake this weekend I did well there last year this time of year on a drop shot and a senko (LOL). ha that was funny. if any one wants to go let me know.

They drop the water level on Fremont every fall. Helps to protect the shoreline from the ice........

Hmm I was really hoping for shallow still but wasnt going to expect it. I planned on trying Lincoln since there are big smallies in there too.

Did camp a lot this year but never caught any big ones, though i know they are there. And our 6 boat tourney yealded no keepers (I think thats a first ever?)

Weather is looking good though.

Camp lake was funny that night, wasn't it Eric!!?? I must have caught 20 fish that night... nothing over 13" though. We did see some decent fish but they wouldn't touch a thing!! And I know Pat thru a jig or three at them!!!
