I was not aware that MI was participating in the "Interstate Wildlife Violator Compact"

I was going to put the story here but it states it is not to be reproduced or rewritten:

If your hunting, fishing or trapping license is revoked in Michigan, you will lose your privileges in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

A good list of states, but we need to work on adding Ohio. I noticed this year while fishing the Big "M" there were alot of groups out of Ohio.

I'm actually thinking of heading that way Steelheading.:)

They most definitely need to add Ohio to that list.

Won't do much good if they lay off COs who write the tickets. MI rednecks don't want to face the reality of a license fee increase. They'll peeve and moan about the extra $15 for a deer tag, then pile hundreds of dollars of bait in the woods to whack the first legal buck that happens about their carrots.

Isn't that the sad truth.

Sounds like a good program, I was unaware of it. 'O-Why-O-Hio' should get on board too.
All 50 states should be in it for that fact!

I think its a great idea, and maybe we can have a better chance of our CO's being able to do their jobs. But I doubt it, these are the same people who probably don't licenses in some cases.
