I looked through the regs and the only thing I noticed about hunting fox was the regs on night time hunting. And that you have to use a call...
My question is, does a small game license cover fox, like it does yotes?
Can I shoot a fox during the day with out a call?

You need a furharvesters license to shoot fox. With that you can shoot them during the day. The call in hand, at night, I can only guess is to ensure to a CO that you are really out there hunting coyote and fox???

Ok, that call thing had me confused. The last two mornings I have been visited by a red fox, and this morning there was another one with him, almost a grayish white. So I figured, why not pop them when I'm out bow hunting..I'll have to check to see if they can be taken elevated, like the yotes, but it's no biggy, they've been nice to watch when the deer aren't coming in...oh that's another thing..will the scent of the fox spook deer?

Fox pee is actually attractive to deer. I have had deer spring more that a few fox traps when they came in to investigate smell.
Coyotes pee is a different thing. I grabed the wrong bottle of urine one time and the deer beat feet when they got down wind of the coyote urine I was using by mistake for cover scent.

Well thanks, that's good to know. I think I'll just enjoy watching them until after deer season. The area I'm hunting is private and as far as I know I'm the only hunter back there, so it's a no rush deal:D
