Which model do you think is best for the money? For those of you who use the I-40, how do you like them? Battery life? What did you pay for them?
I am thinking of bringing in a less expensive line of cams and am thinking that Moultrie may be the way to go. Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks to all in advance.

Hi feed man. I bought a nf cudde from you back in early 2007. I have been very happy with that camera. This summer I bought an I40 from Moultrie and it too has been a great camera. I am still on the first set of batteries from around August/September. I set both cameras out at the same time and I just had to change the batteries in the Cudde - they were completely dead. The Moultrie still shows around 70% battery strength. The pictures from the I40 rival the Cudde - maybe slightly less clear, but very slightly. I love the digital readout on the Moultrie. I can't believe the Cudde doesn't have something similar. My Moultrie did not have the whiteout issues that others may have had. I still did the online update without any issues.
Without a question, the next camera to my arsenal will be another I40. There is just not enough difference from the Cudde to justify the $150 difference. Let me know when you start selling them and I'll be sure to buy my next one from you.:)

Non-typical,
When you guys are talking about the moultrie I40 what camera is that...?
I looked at the moultrie cameras and found a few of them that are in the 40/4.0 meg area. Are we talking about the same thing. Maybe you could put up a link on the camera your talking about.
I don't currently own one, but from everything I have heard and read the I-40 is a very solid performer. I think it would be a hot seller for now....who knows what will come out in the next year.

I have a I-40 and a cuddeback 3.0. They are both great cameras. The battery life and trigger speed are very good on both. But due to the fact the moultrie was half the price I would probably buy another moultrie. Hope this helps!

The I-40 is a great camera for the money. Takes great pics day and night, trigger speed is good. Paid 200.00 at midway for it could not justify another 200 for a cuddie. If i was to buy another cam it would be an I-40

i have an I40 and a no flash. i just set them up over the same bait pile i cant wait to see what kind of pictures i get from both of them.. in my own test of both cams they both trigger at about the same time. it seems the I40 has a little bit farther range with the IR flash.. if i was going to buy another cam it would be an I60 just for the extra clairity when zooming in...

I too am happy with the I40 that I bought. Moultrie solved all of the problems that the old Game Spy had; slow trigger, short battery life.

I have an I 40 and really like it. Battery life is awesome and I just upgraded the software so I am hoping that solves the "white out" problem. I paid $199 for mine.

Thanks for the feedback guys. My dealer application has been sent. Should be ready to go soon. Hopefully this venture will go well.
