skunks

yesterday i went out to put some coon lure in my live trap but when i walked up to it ther was a skunk in it. it was random because ther wasent any thing in the trap to lure it in :confused:

real trappers dont use bait, they know what the critter is gonna do before the critter does

I went to a friends house to set a live trap for a skunk this past summer. He wasn't home and I didn't have bait. I called him and he said that he would just buy bait and set the trap in the morning. Well, I set it with the door open, that way all he would have to do is toss in the food. The next morning when he went behind the garage to bait the trap there was already a young skunk in the trap. Seconds later his dog greeted it and got sprayed! I thought that I was the only one! Congrats.
