Here is a link to our homepage over at the MTA, under the links on the left column after you click it....go down to the bottom of link and there it is the link to HUSU and PETA. The war never ends ....does it.

http://www.michigantrappers.com/links.html

Please someone contact the administrators of the MTA site (I don't know who they are) and let them know, I have cross forum posted this problem. Thanks

Dean

Ok, my bad....just heard from a mod over there. Apparently someone thought it would be a good idea to have their links on our page for members to keep an eye on what they are posting over on their site.

Why in the heck would anyone want a link to two sites that are determined to destroy us? I mean are not links supposed to be for affiliated sites or sites that are friendly to each other??????? Don't get me wrong I like to keep an eye on the enemy, but couldn't a casual browser look at that and be confused or get a wrong idea???????

Think that move should have been thought about a little more before doing. Or am I way off on my thinking on this one???

I agree with you on this one. If I want to keep a eye on them it's not hard to find them. Makes the trappers look like their promoting there sites.

There is a poll to keep the links or get rid of them. My vote was to remove the links.

Yeah I just saw the poll. I really do not like seeing those two links on our home pages there. I think it could send the wrong message or as a poster on that forum said, someone who is an emontional fence sitter could jump on their site and we could loose that support.

I agree with you whole heartedly, if I want to see what they are up to....I can find them very easy. I casted my vote as well, I really hope they pull it off of there. Otherwise I will probably quit posting on our forum there and just post here.

i also voted to have them removed. i agree we need to keep up on what they are doing but in the long run it may hurt the site. by this i mean when someone is searching via a search engine the mta site may come up in the results because of the links. that may cause trouble in the future with the antis.
