A little help please,

After taking pictures for several months and finally understanding some very basic editing skills, I transfered my pictures to a cd to get them off my hard drive. I then printed the instructions from the forum for adobe. Everything was going great until the final step, SAVE. I get a dialogue box that access is denied and I need to speak to the owner for permission to open the pictures or change them. DUHHHH! I am now back to square one trying to post to the web. What did I do wrong?

Um if you have saved the pictures on the CDROM and are trying to change them you will typically not be able to save them back to the CDROM. You would have to save them to your hard drive first and then burn a new CDROM with all your modified pictures.

Thanks for the help Steve. When I get home I'll try that. I have only been able to play w/ this stuff in spurts and it seems there are so many things you have to know. It's been very frustrating, but sooner or later I hope to have it figured out.
