My girlfriends brother goes to Northern and want to get a truck load of beets for their father. Last year they came to Escanaba to get some, i thought there must be somewhere between Marquette and Ontonagon that you can get a truck load, scoop, whatever of beets. Apparently there is nowhere up in the ontonagon area to get them. Can someone help me out, if not he's gonna probably take a trip the hour drive here to get them.

I get mine in Rapid River. I live in Chatham. Don't know if this will save you miles or not. I will ask the guys at work tomorrow if they buy beets in Marqt.

occasionally you will see them in the ontonagon county area outside convenience stores (holiday...etc...) close to opening day, mostly corn and cabbage though. Dont know of anywhere to get them in bulk...
