For you well guys or gals. Have a 2 inch well and I am having a problem placing the 4 ft. screen with a 2 ft. tail piece in place.
Doing this by hand---and have done quite a few.
Here is the problem---the well pressure from down below is forcing small amounts of sand and or gravel up the well casing and I can't get the screen down thru it with the small clearance invollved with a 2 in. casing and an 1 1/4 screen. Had water running the whole time but I guess not enough to keep the sand down below the casing.
Any ideas out there????
