Has anybody tried this company or any of its campgrounds. It advertises itself as a kid-friendly private camping company.
They have a site in Grayling. We are thinking of a trip to South Dakota, and they have one near the Black Hills.
Has anyone tried them?
Thanks
In case anyone is interested here is their web link:

Amos,
I have some second-hand info - one of our suppliers takes his family to one of the parks (I think the one by Grand Haven). He said there's always something for the kids to do. They seem to like it.

I have heard nothing but good things about them. Have a co-worker who camps all over, and if there's one near by, that's where he stays. (He has kids from 1-13 yrs.)

Thanks guys, that's three or four positives I have heard, to zero negatives.
I think we will give it a try - start with a long weekend to see if we like it.

A family member organized a large family outing at one of these parks. When I heard where is was going to be held I wasn't really thrilled. The parks are not my idea of camping. But when I arrived I was quite surprised. It was still not my idea of camping, but they really did focus on children, especially the younger age group. It is one of those campgrounds with an inground pool, game room, camp store that looks like a seven eleven, etc. but the one I've been to was in perfect condition (as fas as cleanliness, upkeep, etc.) and there is plenty of stuff for children to do. Besides my father and I just slipped out real early both mornings and hit a nearby trout stream :). If your focus is the children, then definately give it a try.

well took the wife and kids to one in ohio, the kids were 4 and 7 at the time. it was just great cartoons at dusk, hay rides during the day, pool, swimming/fishing lake, and the facilities were just as clean as they get.

We have been to one Indiana and Kentucky. Both were cleen and a great place for pre teen kids.
We also called the one in Holly to ask if we could dump our waste tank after spending a week at the Oakland County Fair. They told us no problem and did not charge us.
