Just listened to the Canadian Local Notice To Mariners last night. (For those with Police Scanners can listen to it on 161.770 mhz.)
If you happen to fish the Upper Detroit River (Canadian Side). Appears that there is a dredging operation occuring near the entrance of the River Canard (Canadian Waters of the Detroit River).
