Duck season opener on Saturday

The Duck season opener is tomorrow and the weed beds will be full of camo clad men and dogs:tdo12:
Just a heads up for those thinking about fishing in Anchor bay or the cuts around Deckers tomorrow. Plus all the boat ramps will be jammed with duck hunters at 4 am or earlier:dizzy:

The up side for the fisherman is the temps will high so the duck hunters will be leave early more than likely.

If any of you hunters plan on soaking your layout boats tomorrow, please keep your chase boat close enough to your rig to help keep fishing boats from running you over. Lots of muskie/perch guys going out at 0730 and driving East is pretty blinding. Our spread was run into two years ago and we were very lucky to avoid a disaster.

Jim, I have a great recipe for ya, Rap Duck breast with bacon, cook bacon until crisp, take the bacon off the breast, eat the bacon and feed the breast to your an animal of your choice......:lol:;)
