I have only used metro beach for years and am tired of dealing with the 15 minute ride up the channel to get to open water.If some one could send me someplace better, I would appreciate it.

696 east to 94 east to 16 mile rd. (Metro. Parkway) exit. turn right. Turn right on to crocker rd. McDonalds is on the corner. Go to Jefferson turn right. Down a bit on the left. Good luck!

Or go like you go to the beach and turn left before the the beach entrance. Go to the end and turn right. Follow till the end to Harley Ensign. Another DNR Ramp
