Detroit River Walleye Report

[The Islander]

Fished n/of Calf Island for two hours this morning. Fished in 16 ft of water. Two of us picked up 8 nice eating size walleye and lost 3 more at the surface. We fished a 4 inch finesse fish minnow and the eyes were taking the bait. Stopped at 10:00 AM. Started taking fish just after 8:00 AM. A pretty good day for a couple jiggers for sure.
