Well guys and gals went back to the bridge and another limit with my buddy ron. This time it took about 5 drifts or so. Kind of sounds like broken record but man what a fishery we have......All kinds of sheepheads, probley 20 caught. One silver bass from 55 ft. of water...Had something dam near rip my rod out of my hands I think it was a King salmon or who knows out there. I am taking a guy tonight that P.Med me and another tomorrow afternoon so hope they can varify my report.....Only one tuna boat out there they where using hair jigs and said they a a couple.....I love the no boats out there thanks! Makes it easer for us.....This is why I do not Bow Hunt. :evilsmile

i will be out there tonight, hoping to launch from black river by 7:30. planing on pulling wire. are you only jigging the canadian side?

What kind of jigging spoons are you using? Any colors to them?

I am using chrome strata spoon from bass pro shops. Anderson pro bait in port huron has C.C spoons that would probley work.....Hopkins is the best but hard to find and expensive......

Just wanted to say thanks again to Todd for taking me out tonight!! Had a blast!!! Most fun jiggin since spring on the Detroit River! Todd is a great fisherman and a class act. Gotta warm up the filet knife...

Hi todd do you know if any one has been doing any good on the U.S. side thinking about going there but I only have a U.S. license thanks for any info.
