Put in at the crocker launch around 12:00. Went out about 2 miles SE and dropped anchor in 12 FOW. Pecked away at them and at 5:00 ended up with 40 perch. Stayed in the same area. Wind was tough. Anchor would hold for 15 minutes and then start to drag. Tried a slip bobber rig and it worked great. Without a doubt, the biggest fish were taken on the slip bobber. Not too many throw backs. Nothing over 11 inches either. Just a nice mix of good sized perch.

. . all over the boat too. Evey time I pulled the anchor in it was just packed with that thick grey mud. Had it on my hands, clothes, all over the boat . . . looks like I'll be cleaning today.

Took these 22 home from the same area. Spreaders were much better for me than slips.

Hit that same area this morning. Was decent to start but slowed as the morning went on.
Kept 30 between 3 guys, all over 8 witha handful of 10's and 11's thrown in. Probably caught 100.
