I have to say that a lot of these archery companies have great customer service. Just seems that when you have an issue in the archery business that these companies go out of their way to make things right.

Here are some great examples:

HHA: My level fell out last year while stalking in the tag alders. They sent me one out complimentary and had it in two days.

Recently, had an arrow blow up. It took out my peep sight, part of my rest, my bow string was all messed up, etc.

Here is the service that I got out of that:

Ken from KD offers to get me string out asap with a measurement if needed. Thanks for the offer Ken, won't start a post just for you;) as it may set a storm off, but thank you for the offer to get me back going fast. I didn't need it, but I will remember next time I'm looking for something.

Took bow to the local shop, and over the phone I was unimpressed, so almost didn't even take it there. Calls me up in an hour and tells me to come pick my bow up. They got Hoyt string back in place for me as that's what they had, replaced the peep etc and it's rocking and rolling. It looked really bad. But it's back to brand new. In an hour. Wow. Great service. Marble's/Hoyt dealer in Escanaba.

QAD Ultrarest had the arrow holding pin snapped. Just got off email with them that they are sending a complimentary replacement out immediately. Wow. Impressed. And happy again! My bow is back to new.

I also emailed Easton and sent pictures, and got an email back from the assistant to the President stating they wanted to talk and go over all the pictures that I sent them. We've played phone tag, but there have been a couple of attempts already that they have made, so can't fault them, just haven't been available when they call.

Anyways, we all have complaints at times. A good company is going to be there for you when you need them with good service. I just wanted to applaude these companies that have helped me out.

Archery is a cut throat business, I have had great service from HHA as well. They know what it takes to get a return customers. We often (as archers) point fingers at brand loyalists, but companies need these people to keep buying from them. Top notch customer service is a great way to get them to come back.

I think the same can be said about the hunting industry in general to be honest....at least the gun, ammo, and archery business anyway.
