be careful when purchaseing rage broadheads Gandermountain had a recall on them earlier this year/something about the way the blades were cut won,t let them open properly/ think the company has since fixed the prolbem

the recall is only on the 3 blade model...they tried to round the corners instead of having them flat, but ran into issues with them opening correctly.

Look at the front of the blade (the first part that would hit) and if it is rounded, thats not good. If it looks like an L when locked into place then you're fine.

I just saw the 2 blade rage at work on a doe this past weekend at 23 yards and have personally never seen anything like it...ran about 100 yards, but following the blood trail was standing straight up, and walking like you were trying to get your girlfriend out of the mall...

Old news. If the 3 blade pack your looking at isn't dusty, it's likely the new version so your safe :lol: If there's a concern, look at the website to distinguish old from the new. It's simple.
