House Bill 4352: Ducks Unlimited License Plates

Anyone is here hear about the Michigan Secretary of State possibly offering a Ducks Unlimited License Plate? If your interested you can read about it here:

Is there anyone in here that would spend the extra few $$$$$ to get one?

If I'm not mistaken you can purchase Ducks Unlimited plates from DU. This State just wants more of our money. :D

Old hunter, The one DU sells wont substitute for a state motor vehicle license plate.

Ive had a Ohio DU plate for two years now. Cost 25 bucks extra, but the money goes to DU....

Well what is another $25 after the 5 Dinners that I have been to the last 10 months. That will bring the grand total to renew the plates on my Truck to $197.

I would rather have a Delta plate but would consider a DU one.

Well as it stands now I feel the State depends to much on the Michigan Sportsmen for money. :confused:

Start looking at how much Michigan donates yearly to DU and then research how much get's put back into the state compared to how much Minnesota donates and receives back and you'd think twice about giving them any money. Fact is our money get's sent elsewhere, and not necessarily to breeding and wintering grounds for our flyway. Most of our money get's sent to areas that do not effect Michigan.

I belonged to DU for 20+ years and once I looked into where the money was going I havent given them one more dime.
