Hit the inner bay on saturday evening on the shallow byte near quanicasee with limited success. Only 3 for 4 on walleyes with an assortment of garbage fish. We fished 3 feet of water with 1/4 ounce tots 8 feet off the boards. Man is that a blast when they wack that board with short lines. Biggest fish was about 4 lbs. Lots of fun, Sunday found us at the charitys, lots of MWT guys out there finishing up there tourney for the weekend. Tons of boats and the fish are there, we ended up with 5 for 7 biggest fish about 5 lbs. Lots of catfish eating bigtime, had to switch to plastics and pick up the speed to keep them off. We only fished until 5:00 in the evening as the sun baked me and my partner to a nice toasty crisp. Even with sunscrean on. Well the bay should be busting into full blown july fishing real quick.
Goodluck and tightlines to all.

We fished North of Big Charity Saturday afternoon, and there was not a soul around. Too bad, cause I hav only been there once before and could have used a "pack of boats" to help me determine the where's and how's of catching those eyes. Heard great things about the 35 - 45 FOW fishing, but never found that much water. Fished in 24 - 26 fow and managed 1 eye about 7 pounds, and lost 1 just out of reach that probably would have gone 9 or 10. 1 Huge catfish (20 pounder), 1 eating size cat (returned), and a few sheep. Altogether, it was a great day. Need to learn a little more about that water. By the way, nothing but gobies on meat, FireTiger Thunderstick took 3 fish, Chrome Hot 'n' Tots took the rest.
