lake erie 6/29

Well the heat didnt effect the fishing today, Me, Walleyeman, and Outdooralex went out and picked up a 3 man limit out on erie. We started out fishing at stoney point and didnt do to well so we ventured out a few miles and picked up a limit on mostly crome hottys. Here are a few picks of the outing.

looks like some good eating there! my buddy and i will be heading down sunday morning. that is if i get the freeze plug put in the block tonight. :( hehe... do the maintenance or fix it when it breaks... i thought i had it drained properly. guess not. the boat sayes "corrona" on the side. i will monitor channel 68. if we make it down say hi if you see us. polarbear

It was a pleasure meeting you, and I think the fishing gods were smiling on us today to get a 3 man limit, I really got a kick out of the chinese fire drill, 3 lines released at the same time and we were lucky enough to land all 3. And I would also like to say that it was a great pleasure to fish once again with my son 1shot, he's a master at setting lines and does a fine job on the net and the rods. Thanks son for being the fine young man that you are, I am one very proud father and a very lucky man to have a son like you....

Hey Walleyeman, any reports from the reef between boblo and the lighthouse?

3 of us fished wheatley this morning, landed 4 chromers and 8 eye's 5 of which were 8+, Ids rather have the eaters!

Having spent the weekend on the beach, staring out into the water, thinking you-know-what. I am very jealous.

Likewise here. I just wanted to thank you one more time. Yesterday definately was a great time. Guys like you are the reason I come to this web site. To take somebody out fishing that you never met is way to cool. The day did start a little slow, kind of like the service at breakfast, but with your know how and a little cooperation from the fish, it was nice to come up with a limit. Even if I didn't get a limit I sure learned alot :) It paid off today, me, my brother and nephew got 8 before loosing another drift sock and had to head in early. I'm sure we would have gotten more. I probably wont get out on the water until Friday got a busy week ahead of me ,but now I got the fever thanks to Double D ;)

Hey the day couldnt of been better and to bad the breakfast wasnt a little quicker. You need to stop throwing those socks overboard your supposed to tie them to the boat. Oh and by the way the bill is in the mail :D

Glad 1shot and I were able to help, there's nothing better as far as I'm concerned then to help a fellow fisherman in one way or another. Congrats on the fish today and things will only get better for you out there. Now you have to get the BOSS out there and put a couple of those walleye on her line. I can't believe the kid sent ya bill for yesterday too....LMAO

We would also like to thank you again for breakfast, if they would have been a little quicker there maybe we wouldn't have gotten fried on the water.
