Lions - Vikings predictions

Ok, predict the score for Sundays game.

If the Lions offense is for real they should do pretty well against the Vikes, who had the worst passing defense in the league last year. The big question is can the Leo's defense line shut down the Rookie and stop the Vikings run. If both of those things happen it could be a blow out but that's not my prediction. I think CJ and Roy will each get at least one TD, Kitna will throw for 300+ yards and he'll throw at least one pick. The defense will stop the run up the middle but get burned on runs to the outside and screens. Peterson will have 100+ yards rushing. I'm calling it 28 - 23 Lions.

I PREDICT: somebody "might" win the game and be 1-1 although it will be called by the NFL after 10 hours since no one scores and settled by a flip of the coin...........

24-19 Vikes. Thier D will make it tough for Kitna, 5 to 6 sacks and a couple picks. Without a running game to support the QB its going to be a long day. Not enough Hanson field goals to win the game.

The Lions will find a way to lose. Ford will be too busy counting concession sales to notice. Millen will point the finger everywhere but in the mirror. Ford might take note of that, but still won't care, he isn't done counting reciepts.
Tens of housands of blind sheep will return for the next debacle.


I hope I am wrong, but after forty two years of the same garbage, why would I think Ford would suddenly give a rats hiney as to what happens on the field, as long as the suckers pay at the gate.
