Hubbard Lake

Heading up this friday thru monday. may try my luck from shore can anyone tell me if it is worth the effort, or should I brave the skeeters and hike back to Reed lake?

You could bring along a pair of waders and try for bass...... Beats the heck out of skeeters............

Hubbards a hard lake to fish from shore because the lack of access points, good structure. But if you wanted to give it a go, the best bets would be like encore said, casting for bass. Your best bet would probably be the tubes at the south end, or fish at the north end right at the dam. Not where the FD pumps water, unless you want that crotchety old man to run out of his house yelling at you.
