VHS Rules and spawn

I have seen the links posted, but i cant seem to get them to work can someone give me a quick run down of what the rules are for spawn?

I think basically it can only be used on a hook,so you cant chum with it and stuff it seems to apply more towards how you handle minnows.

Lake Huron is considered VHS positive and Lake Mi is still considered under survellience, so you can't fish with Huron spawn in Lake MI or any tribs to Lake MI. You can only fish with spawn on hooks also, like mentioned above, no discarding of loose eggs.
