Best Way to Fish the Belle?

I live pretty close to the belle and Black Rivers and was thinking about giving it a shot any ideas or tips?

Try fishing the Belle with small spinners and drifting spawn and crawlers.Getting access is the problem.I've caught fish in both rivers with spinners
