250,000 gallons of waste oil,180,000 gallons of oil thats unrecoverable, How many companys in the area an handle that much volume, You would think it would be a breeze to track them down.. Can't wait till they name names in that firm in nevada. The EPA did a good job recovering 70,000 gallons,
