Okay here is the scenario:
My wife and three daughters (1, 2.5, and 4) are going camping for a week in July in Petosky State Park.
We are tent camping; we have a large sleeping tent and a small play tent for the girls.
We have a list started, but you always feel like you are forgetting something. So what is your checklist? I am hoping a few people will list something I have forgotten, saving the cost and stress of a Meijers scramble once I am up north. Thanks in advance for the input.
Lets see your camping checklist!

When I was tent camping with kids, a scramble to Meijer was a welcome respite.
I would beg to go alone.:D

This is going to be our first year camping without a tent, we have a 3 year old and a 6 year old, I think the biggest and best thing we ever did was bring along a porta potty and baby wipes. As far as sarge said, I can say i was there, and the wife and i would have to flip a coin to see who would make that run to miejers. :)

Amos,
Try these sites for a few pre-made checklists. While they refer primarily to backpacking they can still be useful.

Sarge and Dieguy, you are on the money, but if I get a break to go solo, I want to use it to go fish, not to go buy juice boxes and bottom wipes ;)
Nailer cool links. They are both pretty geared toward a more extreme version of camping, but it is good as a source. The first link has a good shopping guide for various gear: like what to look for in a tent or a water-filter system etc.
Thanks.
Anyone else want to weigh in I'd love to see your list.

We are getting close to being confident we have what we need.
We picked up a stove and lantern today, both Coleman propane. Decided against the electric starter on the stove, partly beacuse that was the first feature to fail on our barbeque, and we really did not see a problem with using a lighter or matches.
A couple people e-mailed lists, and they have already helped. Thanks!
