Since I am not getting to fish as much as i'd like this week, I decided to head out to a very small lake called sylvan's lake. Unfortuantly, I ran into a punk kid from school that wanted to fight but I advoided that and left. I left with out getting into the fight and then came back 15 minutes later.
I fished some weed cover with a frog that shoeman gave me. Then I got talking to a guy. It's amazing how great of people you can meet while fishing. This guy had not fished for along time and today was his second time out. We talked for an hour and after that and I didn't care about the fish. I ended up skunked and he caught two small gills. I told him about the site and hope he joins up.
On a furthur note, it was cool seeing the sunset going down and the bass moving in on the small minnows. I wish I had a digi camera to show you guys the sunset.
