If you were in charge of the DNR and could change a few rules (besides deer hunting) what would you change?

Again I give grizzlybear credit for the idea.

1. seagull season, year around. Those things are flying rats to me.
2. lottery for bobcat tags. (there is a high demand for them, the idea works for bear and turkeys)
3. increase price for hunting licenses, the money is only for more CO's.
4. trespassers would lose their hunting priveliges for that year immediately.

Not trying to start any fights, maybe some very constructive ideas would come from this.

1. No Closed Season on Cormorants.

2. Put more money into Pheasant Habitat and stocking program.

3. Allow trapping of bobcats in NLP.

4. Suspend trespassers license for three years, first offense

Second Offense license for 5 years

Third Offense license gone for 5 years plus 180 days in jail.

5. Increase license fees by 25% a year for the next 5 years and reasses at that time. Reduce spending, especially on non game, non threatened or non endangered animals.

6. Introduce wolverines into the wilderness areas of the Upper Penninsula, it is our State Animal.

7. Feasability study and implement a program for RESIDENT ONLY lottery system for wolf hunting where needed.
