I would personally like to thank KD Outdoors for the fantastic job they pulled off for me. I posted in here this weekend about getting my archery equipment stolen. Ken (Ninja) from KD Outdoors expressed his apologies about my loss and offered his help. Well, with bear camp in a little over a month I took him up on it.
Let me tell you I am very glad that I did. Ken was due out of the shop this evening at 5 pm, I had called him to try to set up a time and day when I could come out and would be good for him as well. Ken told me he was off at 5pm and that he would wait for me if I could come out tonight. I did, and the traffic was a pain and I was 30 minutes late, and there was Ken waiting with a smile. Not only did Ken wait, he personally attended to me and my needs to replace all of my equipment as well as his staff.....his son Jonathon, and Dave. We walked thru new product lines of bows, new lines of equipment and he even talked me into converting to carbon arrows lol! What impressed me the most, despite how busy they had gotten during the course of the evening...I was never left just waiting. Ken was grabbing me and showing me different stuff, try this, hey what about that, a joke and a laugh and his lovely wife offering a soda or water.
I made my decisions as we went and set the bow up accordingly and tuned and shot and shot and tuned the bow until Ken was satisfied that it could leave his shop. The service that I received tonight was unparalleled in any service in the countless number of shops I have ever been in. KD Outdoors had everything I needed and the price was right! Cabela's and Gander Mountain are pretty hard to beat when it comes to a lot of things, but guess what...Ken and his staff at KD Outdoors just kicked their asses tonight.
As well as the job on my profile, I am also an official in my Union and represent a little better than 2000 men and women and as I am recommending to everyone here I will to them as well.....KD Outdoors as far as I am concerned is THE BEST archery proshop and go there if you want good prices and top notch service.
Again thank you Ken, Jonathon, and Dave for turning my personal loss and making it an extremely positive one.
