outdoor range near Me?

I have been driving to my friends house an hour away to shoot. The gas is killing me! Where are some outdoor ranges near Clawson? I know about double action's indoor. MJC in Royal Oak never seems to be open.?

why can't you get your own target and shoot at your own house.

Had/Has an outdoor range. I have not been out there in over 18 months so i do not know what is up. The shooting range was nice for awhile but have never been on the archery range. As far as shooting on the yard. Horror stories in the suburbs guys. Just do not do it. Might as well be shooting a firearm....

There are ordinances against shooting in most suburban neighborhoods. You can get a pretty hefty ticket.

Riverbends park at 22 Mile Rd and Ryan has a range for bow as well as a throw your own clays range. Be sure to check their hours. I think they're open Thurs - Sun.

There's one on Dequindre just north of Hamlin,don't know the name or if it's public or private though.

Detroit Sportsmens Congress. You might have to be a member, but worth looking into.
