cant log in

I changed my email address and now I cant get my password and I dont remember it. When I try to log in it says email not recognized. I reregistered under another username but want my old one back what do I do???:sad::sad::sad:

When every anyone changes their eMail address they should update each of the Msg Boards that they belong to.

I keep many of my passwords for msg boards written on a scrap of paper next to the monitor. If someone breaks into the house I really doubt that they will be looking to log into msg boards using my username and password so it is a small risk.

Don't know if they can access that part of your profile. They might be able to give you a temporary password to access your older account and then you can update the eMail address and enter a password that you can then write down.

Ok how do I contact MS to fix this? I have sent many emails but no response!!!! :rant::rant:

Maybe the problem cannot be fixed, I don't know. You might want to try contacting one of the moderators. As for me, I have been waiting for over a year to a response to one of my questions.
