I am not sure exactly what it is called but I am looking for the Stainless Steel tube Overhead Roll Cage for Rocket Launchers that mounts on the side of your boat. They usually are mounted mid boat and near the end of the windshield. They are predominently seen on the center console boats and/or the walkaround type boats. I am trying to find one for my islander. Any info on places to buy would be appreciated.

Are you looking for a T-Top/Softtop or an Arch like Getaway has posted?

I am looking for something like Getaways setup. Do they make them with the option of having a piece that has a cover extension that kinda does the job of a bimini top? I seen the Mako's at Bass Pro that are a walkaround but it has the bar and a tube extension piece that goes forward and has a canvas top that you can keep on 24/7.
Getaway, do you know your overall height for polebarn clearance?? Thanks.

Overall height on the trailer is pretty close to 11' (including launchers). My barn door is 11'6" and she clears without much extra room.
Mine arch is custom made.
Check your pm's.

Misterclean,
Stainless is going to very expensive. To address the clearence issues a couple of fabricators use ping and hinge assembly to allow the arch to flip down for trailering or storage.

I can attest to the quality of the arches that Getaway builds, he built mine for my Islander, Very well built and good looking, best looking thing on the boat I have to say . He does a great job and custom built for what I needed/wanted. He also built one for a friend that looks great also.

I built this one. It only cost about $100 and most of that was rod holder caps. My aluminum cost was only about $60. Labor was all mine but I would say about 10 - 15 hours total. They can be spendy.
