Now Harrington's trying to recapture his former bravado. "That's mainly what I lost in Detroit — my confidence," he says. "My ability to make those kind of plays and not worry about what my coaches, teammates and the fans were going to say and do. In order for me to make all those people happy, I have to make myself happy."
Williams says the fans were particularly hard on Harrington. "We had a Thanksgiving ballgame here in Detroit. He does the United Way commercial the team plays on the Jumbotron. The home fans booed it! How can you boo a United Way commercial just because you don't like your starting quarterback?"

He spoke the words about Detroit when he signed with Miami. Now he says it again. The guy needs to do some self evaluation and realize its been 2years and as many teams since he was a Lion.

Wasn't that about ten years ago when it was revealed that their CEO was paid a fortune in salary and perks every year?

I usually go to the T-day game each year (free tickets) and I don't recall that happening, but then again I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

Anyone willing to accept credit for a job well done, (and thats most people)
needs to take the crap when they perform poorly. Joey ain't no different
than the next guy.
