Use the TV weather people for general reference. They like to cover all the bases so if there is a chance of rain then they say "Rain".

Develop a list with a couple of good weather forecast and current reporting station web sites and learn to read the radar and other reports. Today, it looked like an afternoon with rains for the entire SW quarter of the state and tonight looked great.

Well didn't end up going, got hit with a last minute cluster @#$% at work and didnt get home until 7:30pm after going in at 3am. I'll be out tonight. Will troll until dark, then switch over to whipping.
