Would it be worth putting limbsavers on the new X-Force? The shop where I bought mine advised against it because a) the bow is very quiet anyway and, b) the gap between the limbs is larger than most so there isn't much for a limbsaver to clamp on to. I have used limbsavers on all my other bows and have been very pleased with their performance. It just seems like something is missing without them on my new bow.

You are correct, something is missing!!! I have an x force and the limb savers work great on it. Every bow I have owned felt smoother with limbsavers on. I also had the rubber ones that just wrap around the limbs that come in a pack of four, not sure what they are called. Limbsavers worked much better on the PSE:evil::evil:

Which ones do you have, the Ultra or the Ultra Quad? I think I will stop on the way home and get a set. I suppose it is better this way than having the pro shop try to load me up with a bunch of junk I don't need.
