Got me thinking about changing my three blade Muzzys to two blades. Any thoughts?

I think when any post about broadheads comes up the key to every one is shot placement. If you hit your mark, your broadhead will do it's job. I think a perfectly placed arrow with a field tip would be deadly. I did say perfectly placed...that doesn't always happen. That's why we all strive to find the best heads we can.

With that being said, I'm not a fan of 2 blades. Reason being is the exit hole. It's a straight line like a knife wound. Doesn't always bleed well. I believe the third blade opens them up better. I'm also not a fan of 4 blades because of accuacy. I like to align my blades with my fletchings. They just fly better for me that way. I prefer a 3 blade mechanical. They are the most accurate for me and they provide great exit holes as well as entrance.

I'm not an expert by any means. However, he was testing for a Cape buffalo hunt. I'd think your 4 bladed Muzzy's would have no problem on penetration for deer or bear. You start hunting Cape buffalo then you might want to reconsider - LOL!
