Not hard,, have them make a copy of the page you need from the manual at the dealer where you buy your parts,, then go for it. When is the last time you put an impeller in that motor?

Before you spend money replacing things to cure the problem, make sure you know what the problem is. I had a similar engine ('91 90 Merc) and last year I had a similar problem as to what you described. It thought it was a cooling problem that was causing the alarm. But it turned out to be a charging system issue that was causing it. I just hate to see you throw money away on parts that don't really need to be replaced.

Take care

Thaks guys for the info and advice....
Last year I replaced the VRO pump and the begining of this year I replaced the impellar.
I got up this morning and traced down my tan wires which controls the alarm. The Alarm stopped when I pulled the tan wire on the left head. Then I was told to ground it out on the motor to make sure the sensors was not at fault, which it wasnt. So I went and bought 2 thermostat for 50.00 and installed them in about an hour, and wala every thing seems to be checking out. I didnt take it out and run it, but i did back it in at the landing and let it run and get hot for about 20min. THe only think I noticed was that my water stream that normally shoots out was not as strong of a stream like it was before, but Im thinking that is because the motor is taken more water in instead of spitting it out, because my one thermostat was totally bad!!!
Thanks again guys...................see ya on the water:D
