What we don't need is to help the ocean-bound vessels with new Soo locks. How about a bill to stop ocean-going ships from bringing ballast water into our lakes!!!! GOD_BLEEPIDY_BLEEP!!! Numbers have been brought up repeatedly on how much we already spend each year just to clean up after the invaders that are already here. The figure is much higher than what the shipping industry brings to our state economically, so FOREIGN SHIPS BE GONE!
