how do i make a fleshing beam? how do i use a 2 handled fleshing tool? any instructional pics?:SHOCKED:

if you can go to the mta convention there will be some demos for putting up fur useing beams and fleshing knives, and some of the dealers will have beams there so you can see what you will need to get to make your own . i hope this helps.

the mta convention would be a good start. another option is finding a local trapper and asking them if they would let you hang around for a couple days. if you where closer i wouldnt mind showing you the process. rats are easy to learn but easy to make a mistake when fleshing. coons take a little more time but are good for someone learning to flesh. other than the stomach area and nipples its hard to make a mistake when fleshing. the hides are pretty thick.
