arrived at 6:00am with daughter (7).
had Panther Martin #1's.
started by the waterfall and worked down stream.
nothing until we got back under 22 mile.
I hooked a Trout of somekind under a leaning tree where the river turns.
I lifted him out and he jumped off my line!.
oddly enough I was left with someone else's large hook a two big splitshot, sinkers on about 6" of 12# line.
it's true what they say, the trout are in there, now to get them out...
no hits for the daughter but she is turning into a heck of a caster.
she was hitting spots under low branches like a pro (which I am not).
BTW this si the Clinton River correct?
