Anyone else besides me glad to finally see football season inching closer?
It officially begins on 7/25/07 when the Lions report to training camp.

Absofreakinlutely looking forward to the season. I have been hitting Mlive every day reading the scouting reports Kowalski posts - entertaining if nothing else.
I see improvement for the Lions, and a near miss to the playoffs. I see UoM running the table and choking in the National Championship game, and a solid season for MSU making something better than the Motor Coty bowl.

Yes...I can't wait for football season to start, but the Lions have burned me too many times. I'm not getting my hopes up like years past. :chicken:

To another terrible Lions season, but very profitable.

Most of the High Schools have been doing conditioning for over a month, aside from the "required" MHSAA week off. I get daily reports from my son about football, so for me the season already started.
:woohoo:
As for the Lions?
I had initially predicted 0-16, thus avoiding any let down. However, I'll officially revise that, since the Lions will show an improvement this year.
Therefore:
4-12
CANT FREAKIN WAIT!!!! Here's to a great UofM year and a positive step forward for Sparty. Will be interesting to see what happens to OSU this year after losing a few of there top players.
Look for the Pats to be the team to beat in the NFL and for my Steelers to
have a better year than last year. Hope the Bears sink but do hope they beat up on your loins. Look for the Vikes to give the loins a run for the worst team in football this year.
I do want to see Farve Destroy the loins one or two more times before he retires.

Ain't happening this year, friend--The Lions are going to win both games against the Pack. Even Favre knows his team is dead in the water.

We must not forget, 'ol buddy....Farve and the rest of the NFL knows one thing is for sure. The loins will sink to a new low at any time, any where. No rhyme or reason, just the way it is. So the Pack may only win one or two games all season but its not to hard to figure out who they will beat. I just hope that i can watch it happen:lol: Wish i could go see one of those games in person!!!
It doesn't really begin till the players complain to the union that they are being overworked in training camp.

The ONLY thing that matters to the loins is Profits!!! If they go 0-16 but sell out every game than it is looked upon as a good season.:dizzy:
The product on the field is not important to ford. Selling out, selling beers, selling hot dogs, expensive parking fee's, buying loins jerseys-now thats important to ford!!! Cha-ching, cha-ching, cha-ching....keep that cash register ringing loins fans and you will get what you deserve!!!
