Maiden whippin' voyage tommorrow - oh boy !!

Planniing on heading to a couple of holes I did really well in last year south of the Marine City public access ramp (sand piles). Anyone been doing any good in this area this year? Again, first time out on the SCR this year, so not real familiar with recent action up there.

Sorry for the news but NO ONE is catching anything whipping right now in that area except for rock bass caught 3 of them tonight. My dad and I talked to at least 10 boats not one caught a single walleye whipping tonight. We just got home. If you go GOOD LUCK!

OH NO !! That is definately not what I wanted to hear :sad: - maybe I'll stay in - long drive for me to come home skunked.

Have the guys been having better success further north (Marysville, P.H.)? Thanks for your help !

Was out with 3 people whipping saturday night out of waters street in Port huron and limited out after the moon came out. I was a great night. :D

Fished Saturday and couldn't believe all the dam:rant: fishfly's in the water! Fish were hitting, but they were hitting short if you ask me!! Sure lost alot!! I would wait until the free dinner is over!:lol: They are doing better up towards Huron...
