Stoney Creek

I have not seen any reports on Stoney lately so thought i would post results from a beautiful day on the water. Headed out w/ the wife for a day of relaxing away from the big boats and weekend chaos of LSC. I don't expect much or put a lot of effort in when we are out there midday so it was a nice surprise to pick up 6 nice crappie and a couple of walleye (18" & 21"). Picked up the crappie while trolling harnesses for walleye. Also picked up a couple of largemouth that were good size. Its nice to have a place to go that is nice and mellow. BTW..the rod that had the gulp did not have a hit all day.

Had to bring up the Gulp thing didn't ya. :lol: :dizzy:

I haven't been out there yet... I may have to do like WildChild and head out there for some shore fishing sometime soon. Thanks for reminding me!
