Foote, Cooke, 5-Channel or Loud Ponds

I will be up around the ponds of the AuSable river in the near future. Just wondering what is biting, there or neighboring lakes. Should I be targeting Pike, bass, walleye, panfish or go out trolling for Lakers. A little help please.

all the dams and ponds have good fishing some are better than others.take lots of spinnerbaits naturel coloers most of the time the water is super clear,with no rain to muddy it up.I love this are i went to school in hale k-12 grade.along with spinners,senkos,tubes,jigs.i like braid for the heavy stuff those river pike will snatch your lurers up,and ask for more:evilsmile out of all the dams alcona and cook are my favorites.if you got a boat or canoe,that will increase your cathch greatly.u picked a fine place to wet a line....hope this helps a litttle

ya ill be up at the cooke dam for 2 weeks at end of june

dude i would give my lucky st. croix for 2 weeks on the river......
