Fished Croton to Pine street Sunday. A ton of trout. Couldn't keep the brown and bows of the line. Very few steelhead were caught.
By the way, Henning Park was open for camping and the electric was still turned on. Thanks Kroppe. At least I think it was ok to camp there. I was the only one there.

How were your fishing? What were you using?Just wondering because i cant decide where to go try for some fall steelies.

I tried using spawn, but couldn't keep the small fish off the line. I finally used Caddis nymph and egg patterns.

All I can say is that according to local guides, it is on fire right now. Plugs in the runs and spawn and flies back of beds even if there are no salmon visible on the beds it seems to work.
