I bought mine about 1 month ago, and so far I am really enjoying this bow. It is plenty fast, in spite of my short draw length (28") and my shoulder saving low poundage (63#), and is a pleasure to shoot. Very little felt "recoil" or vibrations, and pretty quiet as well. I have added a STS string supressor and will be adding a Winners Choice string/cable set soon, but even without the STS it shoots great, and the stock string isn't too bad either. I was never a big fan of Mathew's, thinking that the price tag was all about the name...in some cases, you really do get what you pay for, and I am happy with my purchase even though it cost a bit more than some other very nice bows. It certainly isn't the fastest bow on the market, but it is a very forgiving and smooth bow.

i have 2 guys i work with and they both bought these bows and they absolutly love them, i shot one of theres the other day and i would buy one if didnt buy a new bow last year....they are very quiet and again hardly any vibration and light weight, myself i like the look of the switchback better but the drenalin is no doubt a top notch bow,

any ideas on a pricetag for it with nothing on it? i have a darton with a red dot scope and a bunch of accessories, and it is too small for me, i am 22 now, 23 in september, and ive had the bow since i was 12. just put a new string on it last fall, but i am wanting to get a new one and have been highly considering this bow. I know matthews is known for having higher pricetags, but i am leaning towards possibly this bow once i get more info on it to make sure. . any help appreciated, thanks!

Nice bow. I have one and like it although I think it's over hyped. Everything you would expect from Mathews, but not the "ultimate" bow I thought it would be. I use mine as a back up to my Mathews Prestige.

I just picked one up yesterday, and I love it. I found a dealer down here that sold me one for $650.00, that is the cheapest I have found it. I was also able to try the Hoyt Vectrix while I was there, but felt that the Drenalin fit my needs a little bit better.

Agree! When are they going to come out with "LX Part Duex"?
Mackinaw Outfitters had them for $749. My local dealer is higher than that. If you're quick, Schupachs has a 10% off everything in stock sale from now through the 16th.....including all bows. You may be able to get one for around $650 there.

Plenty to hunt down there. Hogs, deer, turkey...bowfishing! I always bring my bow when I travel to Fla. No season on hogs!!

yeah the only bad part is im kind of limited to space, seeing as all of the diving gear i will be taking and such, plus being in class 11 hrs a day 5 days a week for 7 months, and working on the weekends, i will probably end up buying it, and im sure once i get done with the training and find a place to stay then most definantly ill be able to use it down there! cant wait though!
