Fishing around Atlanta Michigan

Taking the kids up for a long weekend of fishing. Wondering if anyone knows any good lakes for bass, pike or gills in the Atlanta area.

Michigan outdoor news did a profile on a lake not to far from Atlanta.....I believe it was Long Lake, which is not too far to the North East from Atlanta...Good Pike, and Good Gills. Over near Ess Lake and Avalon lake.
